Things Needed:
Base Colour
Shimmer Nail Polish
Finger Nails
Method:
Step 1: Apply a base coat. This coat needs to be a bold colour. In this case i have used the coral shade from Maybelline New York.
Step 2: Dry your nails well, before you apply the shimmer
Step 3: After your nail is dry enough. Use a shimmer nail polish and apply on only the lower portion of your nails
Step 4: If the glitter is not visible try another coat but with a very light hand.
