You are Dark! This colour doesn't suit you! It suits fair women! It’s a dark shade, buy something light! You look scary!

Yes we all dusky beauties have had to deal with the constant taunts of self proclaimed fashionista's - Mother's to our girlfriends. Everyone who fail to find their shade on the fair and lovely chart has faced the issue of choosing things that they don't like. Why? Because it won't match your skin tone!!

Like WHaaaaat?

So for all who love dark colours and shades here is a small tip "Don't Bother" and do what you like.
This one's dedicated to women who have always given a ear to the constant chatter of people and instead given her likes a backseat!

This week I’ve picked the beautiful Wine coloured liptstick

From Lorde in her song, royal to Queen Bey (Beyonce), everyone is in love with this shade. Love her or hate her even Kim Kardashian, adores this colour. This bold colour gives any simple outfit a chic look.

How to perfect the look
Go very light on the eye,  wear eyeliner only on the top eye lid and use lots of mascara. Rest, let your lipstick do the trick

How To Sharpen A Kajal Pencil

Before you throw out your expensive kajal pencil, try this simple technique to sharpen your pencil.

Kajal Pencil Sharpening

Things Needed:

1. Kajal Pencil
2. Sharpener
3. Paper
4. Freezer
5. Watch

Steps: 1. Roll your Kajal Pencil in a paper.

2. After wrapping the pencil well, keep it in your FREEZER for about 15 minutes

3. After 15 minutes, take the pencil out of the freezer, unwrap it and sharpen it like any regular pencil.

P.S: I couldn't find my kajal pencil sharpener so i used a normal sharpener. If you have your kajal pencil sharpener, your pencil will have a better tip.

P.P.S:  Avoid using a regular sharpner if you have used it on a regular pencil... It will have lead residue on it which is very harmful and causes allergies. (courtesy: Chetna Chakravarthy)
